Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of contract administration or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Full Scope Poly.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and various contract types (CPIF, FFP, T&M).
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation and RFP review, proposal prep and signoff.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and customer specs.
• Establish relationships with customers via email, phone, and in person when appropriate.
• Collaborate with program team to monitor contract funding and payments.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Maintain contract data in CM/ERP systems and ensure timely deliverables.
• Analyze NDAs, teaming agreements, software licensing, and other memoranda.
