Northrop Grumman in Sykesville, MD seeks a Principal Contract Administrator to support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration of standard and nonstandard contracts, interfacing with management and customer counterparts to ensure compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s with 3 years, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in contracts administration/management or a Master’s with 3 years
• MS Word and Excel experience
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and/or commercial clauses
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• US Citizenship; ability to obtain Secret clearance

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customer for contractual issues and monitor obligations
• Assist in proposal prep, contract negotiations, and contract administration
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters
• Ensure contract deliverables and data accuracy in systems
• Manage contract changes and risk provisions as needed
