• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation and RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff.
• Negotiate, administer, extend and close standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Establish relationships with customers and collaborate with the program team to monitor funding and payments.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and invoices.
• Analyze and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, software licensing agreements, and other memoranda.
