Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Principal/Sr. Principal Contract Administrator to support the Integrate Battle Command System, located on-site in Huntsville, AL or Linthicum, MD.

You will manage high-volume contracts, advise program leaders, and drive negotiations while ensuring compliance and efficiency. The role requires a strong background in contract administration, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across technical, program, finance, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Level A03: BA with 5 years relevant experience; MA with 3 years
• Level A04: BA with 8 years relevant experience; MA with 6 years
• Travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Prioritize proposal activities and multitask effectively
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with provisions
• Advise program managers on contractual matters
• Oversee all phases of the contract administration process from prep to termination
• Plan and execute successful contract negotiations aligning with financial goals
• Maintain comprehensive and organized contract records
