Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of contracts experience.
• Experience with various contract types (Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, etc.).
• FAR/DFARS knowledge preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review terms and conditions to identify risks and obligations.
• Support contract negotiations and proposal development processes.
• Prepare contract deliverables and manage changes to contracts.
• Maintain contract data in the Contract Management System and ERP.
