Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) seeks a Principal to lead the successful delivery of client programs across multiple projects. You will manage client relationships, guide project teams, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and value.

You will collaborate with MPs, Vertical Leaders, and the leadership team to win new business, expand current work, and mentor others while maintaining high professional standards. The role emphasizes execution excellence and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Hold one or more degrees or certifications within their profession (i.e., BA/BS, PE, RAML, REC, CRE, CMRP, CPMM, CPIM, CRL, Six Sigma, Lean, RCM)
• 10+ years of industry experience across pharma/life sciences, food/bev/Client, power gen, metals/mining, or general manufacturing
• Prosci-certified Change Management certification (or obtain within 1 year)
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills
• Lead with high energy, motivating coworkers and team members
• Strong project management skills
• Disciplined in delivering consistent and reliable work processes
• Ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work as a team and meet deadlines
• Understanding prospective clients' business challenges and solution approaches
• Knowledge of Change Management and Program Management best practices
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)

Responsibilities

• 75% direct utilization on client engagements: strategizing, teaching, coaching, managing projects, presenting progress reports
• 15% utilization developing solutions and selling new engagements, estimating projects, and writing proposals
• 10% administrative updating procedures and keeping LCE toolboxes up to date
• Assist team to identify and quantify client issues and articulate our value proposition
• Keep CRM current with opportunities using gated opportunity management
• Design client-specific solutions with a business case and payback
• Develop project execution plans delivering high value
• Lead Reliability Excellence and Asset Management maturity assessments
• Ensure engagements deliver ROI and maximum utilization for LCE
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress and new offerings
