Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology communications, marketing, or product marketing.
- Experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Market Research, and Strategy.
- Proven content creation, storytelling, strategic planning, and program management.
- Interest in accelerating research and survey delivery with AI and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Shape the analyst relations strategy and program to drive the category.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry analysts and manage AR calendar.
- Prepare briefing materials and staffing for analyst engagements.
- Drive awareness of PagerDuty offerings and business strategy with analysts.
- Lead information requests, research initiatives, and customer references.
