Genesys is hiring a Senior Principal AI Software Engineer for Agentic & Industry Solutions. You will design and scale AI-powered experiences within Genesys Cloud, building multi-agent workflows, reusable AI capabilities, and industry-specific accelerators.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/AI/Data Science; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or cloud-native development.
- 5+ years designing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow orchestration solutions.
- Strong hands-on development of scalable enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to move solutions from concept to production deployment.
- Willingness to travel; passport required.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale Agentic AI solutions on Genesys Cloud and related platforms.
- Develop reusable AI Skills, Agents, Copilots, and workflow assets across customers and industries.
- Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers and architects.
