Job summary

Genesys seeks a principal engineer to design and build AI-powered applications on the Genesys Cloud platform. You will create production-grade industry solutions, Digital Teammates, and AI agents that scale across customers.

You will leverage AI Studio, Architect, and Platform APIs to integrate with CRM, ERP, and enterprise data while applying governance, security, and reliability patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering, application development, or solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud experience, incl. design, development, integration and deployment of apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade applications and industry solutions on Genesys Cloud.
• Develop AI-powered customer and employee applications using Genesys Cloud capabilities.
• Translate industry processes into scalable AI applications and reusable solutions.
• Build industry solution accelerators, Digital Teammates, AI agents, workflows, and components.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise platforms and data sources.
