Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Principal Agentic AI Orchestrator to lead AI-powered customer experience transformation at the enterprise level. You will partner with C-suite executives to define AI strategies, architect scalable solutions, and guide customers from experimentation to enterprise adoption and continuous innovation.

You will drive executive workshops, establish governance, and deliver repeatable frameworks for AI success across cloud deployments and omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years leading enterprise tech, CX, automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI, analytics, automation, or cloud transformation programs.
• Proven experience guiding Fortune 1000 organizations and executive stakeholders.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite decisions and enterprise technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify transformational AI opportunities using Genesys capabilities.
• Lead enterprise discovery to understand objectives, challenges, and AI maturity.
• Define enterprise AI roadmaps aligned to business priorities and outcomes.
• Develop AI transformations roadmaps with governance and value realization.
• Lead design of AI-powered solutions spanning Agentic AI, Virtual Agents, AI Copilots, and more.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Innovation, Services, Customer Success, and Engineering.
