Job summary

CSAA IG is seeking a Principal Software Engineer focused on Emerging Technology and AI for a remote role. You will lead hands-on experiments, design prototypes, and collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to translate findings into scalable solutions.

This role emphasizes mentoring, setting technical standards, and driving the adoption of GenAI and other cutting-edge technologies while ensuring governance and security in a remote-first workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud-native services and platform patterns.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate experiments into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on technical experiments in AI/GenAI for enterprise use cases.
• Design prototypes, pilots, and PoCs with clear architecture guidance.
• Mentor engineers and shape enterprise architecture decisions.
• Evaluate APIs, cloud services, and external AI platforms.
• Translate experiment results into scalable delivery-ready solutions.
