CSAA IG is recruiting a Principal Software Engineer for Emerging Technology & AI, remote across the United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). You will lead hands-on technical work, build prototypes, and guide architects as you explore AI platforms and enterprise use cases.

You will mentor engineers, influence architecture patterns, and collaborate with security, governance, and delivery teams to scale validated concepts into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/GenAI and enterprise platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor engineers while delivering hands-on technical work.
• Design prototypes, pilots, and experiments in emerging tech and AI.
• Evaluate platforms, APIs, and architecture for scalable solutions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture for governance and security.
• Convey findings with clear architectural guidance and reusable patterns.
