Formación

• Knowledge of medical office processes and health care systems.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead a team responsible for revenue and patient flow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations of a practice with 3+ FTE clinicians across locations; supervises staff and patient flow.
• Manages scheduling, medication refills, insurance authorizations, daily cash handling and quality monitoring.
