Valley Health System seeks a qualified supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff in the applicable Practice(s). Reporting to the Director, Physician Services, you will ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years supervisory experience, healthcare operations knowledge, and strong communication skills. Associate degree is required, Bachelor's preferred, with opportunities across VMG locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business/healthcare field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of staff within the Practice(s).
• Work under the guidance of the Director, Physician Services.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high quality, cost-effective care.
• May rotate to other VMG locations as needed.
