CenterWell Conviva Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, seeks a Primary Care Physician for our West Palm Beach, Florida center. You will provide hands-on patient care in the exam room and address social determinants of health affecting outcomes in a senior-focused care model.

This onsite role reports to the Associate Medical Director and involves 40 hours weekly with 8:00am-5:00pm hours, 45-minute visits, and a focus on direct patient care for a dedicated panel.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment (Florida preferred).
• Current, unrestricted DEA license.
• Spanish and English language fluency required.
• TB screening required.

Responsabilités

• See 14–17 patients per day.
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes).
• Spend 100% of time clinically focused on direct patient care.
• Onsite and in-person care at Conviva Congress in West Palm Beach, FL.
