Humana Inc. through CenterWell Conviva Senior Primary Care is hiring a Primary Care Physician for its Greenacres, Florida clinic. You will work onsite, addressing patient needs in the exam room and considering social determinants of health to improve outcomes.

You will report to the Associate Medical Director and join an experienced team with an established patient panel. Position involves seeing 14–17 patients daily with extended 45-minute visits, focusing solely on direct patient care and

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
  • Current, unrestricted DEA license.
  • TB screening required if selected.

Responsabilités

  • See 14–17 patients per day with longer 45-minute appointments.
  • Spend 100% of time clinically focused on direct patient care (patient-facing time and related admin).
  • Work onsite and in-person at Conviva Greenacres location in Florida.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team and associate medical director.
