Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks an experienced Associate Operations Director to lead multi-center clinical operations, oversee 5–10 centers, and drive performance through staffing, budgeting, and process improvements. You will collaborate with a clinical dyad to align strategy, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in clinical care or related field.
Experience driving results in a full-risk VBC environment.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Proficient with EMR systems and data analytics tools.
Willingness to travel between centers with valid license.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical operations and financial management, including P&L responsibilities.
Monitor KPIs across centers: access, scheduling, retention, patient engagement and quality metrics.
Collaborate with medical and operational leaders to achieve growth and quality targets.
Oversee staffing, training, change management and vendor/supply processes.
Partner with the Dyad to align clinical and operational strategies and budgeting.
Ensure patient-centered care, compliance, safety audits, and incident management.
