Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related clinic/hospital/hospitality experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in clinic or hospital.
• Experience with ECW is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages common in service area.
• Proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 10+ colleagues.
• Ensure scheduling, billing, and patient flow are efficient.
• Oversee compliance, HIPAA, and coding audits.
• Develop plans to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Manage resources and staffing to meet growth.
• Engage with community and partners to support membership growth.
• Track financial targets and cash management.
