Humana’s CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Clinic Administrator to orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers onsite. You will drive daily flow, lead teams, and ensure high reliability, safety, and patient experience while managing budgets and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and process improvements to deliver high-quality care and efficient service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily flow management: lead morning huddles and real-time escalations.
• Quality & safety oversight: conduct 5S walkthroughs and manage vaccine/sterilization logs.
• People leadership: weekly one-to-ones, schedule management, competency sign-offs.
• Administrative excellence: stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, and waste reduction; ensure POS collections.
• Patient experience: manage service recovery to resolve concerns the same day.
