The Zebra is hiring a Senior Manager of Commercial Monetization & Yield to lead dynamic tiering, buyer rejection mitigation, and revenue optimization across funnels. You will bridge commercial strategy, growth marketing, and data science in a hands-on leadership role.

With a focus on performance marketing, you will partner with Data Science, engineering, and product teams to implement value-maximizing rules and dashboards while operating across a national remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in performance ad monetization or yield management.
• Experience with partnering Data Science or ML teams on bidding logic.
• Strong analytics with data visualization proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Yield & monetization optimization across funnels.
• Collaborate with Data Science/Engineering on tiering and bidding logic.
• Analyze buyer rejection rates and routing performance to inform rules.
• Translate marketplace dynamics into data models and engineering requirements.
• Build and maintain yield dashboards and analytics.
