Job summary

Moody's is seeking an experienced leader to own pricing-related processes and drive end-to-end transformation, including governance, data quality, and automation. You will partner with Technology to modernize workflows, build a data-driven product roadmap, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and customer outcomes across pricing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial operations, business process transformation or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with sales workflows and process design.
• Experience translating business needs into process improvements and user stories.
• Proven experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions to drive productivity and impact.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills to interpret complex information and communicate insights.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing-related processes end-to-end and drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
• Serve as Process Owner for pricing workflows, ensuring governance and performance metrics.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.
• Lead modernization and digitization efforts in partnership with Technology teams.
• Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Use customer insights and system data to drive continuous improvement and justify decisions.
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled tools and automation to boost productivity.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
• Oversee training and onboarding to drive adoption of processes and tools across teams.
