Moody's Investors Service is seeking a senior leader to own pricing workflows and drive end-to-end transformation across our commercial operations. You will partner with Technology and business teams to modernize processes, improve user experience, and strengthen governance while shaping a roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.

The role requires 10+ years in related fields and a track record in AI-enabled solutions, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

10+ years in commercial ops, business process transformation, digitization, or related fields.
5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and sales workflows.
Ability to translate business needs into process improvements in an agile environment.
Proven experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
Strong data storytelling and ability to convey insights clearly.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder influence across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as Process Owner for pricing-related workflows, ensuring governance and performance measurement.
Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance adherence.
Lead modernization and digitization of processes with Technology partners.
Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with priorities.
Leverage insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and deploy AI-enabled tools to boost productivity.
Build dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Oversee training and onboarding to drive adoption of processes and tools.
