Moody's Analytics is seeking a Director, Pricing Strategy to lead firm-wide pricing direction and model development within the Central Product Strategy team. You will design, build, and review pricing models balancing tactical execution with long-term evolution, including AI-enabled approaches.
You will partner with Business Units to implement pricing approaches, establish guidelines, and drive governance while translating market intelligence into actionable insights for growth.

The Director, Pricing Strategy leads firm-wide pricing direction, model development, and cross-business unit innovation within the Central Product Strategy team.
Our Central Product Strategy team sits at the intersection of all Business Units within Moody's Analytics, combining rigorous model-building with the ability to set strategic pricing direction, challenge existing approaches, and drive commercial innovation across the organization. The team is responsible for shaping Moody's Analytics-wide pricing standards, advancing data and partner strategy, and ensuring consistency and transparency across a complex global portfolio. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$163,300.00-$236,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
