Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst in Columbus, OH to develop and analyze pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness across products and channels.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management and Operations to evaluate pricing trends, elasticity, and margins, build executive dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership in a hybrid work environment across the global product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Pricing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, FP&A, BI, or related analytical roles.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and financial/commercial analyses that improve revenue and profitability.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; capable of analyzing large datasets and pricing trends.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations).
• Proficiency with Excel and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and cloud data environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, product mix, discounts, promotions, and margins.
• Conduct competitive pricing and market analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations on pricing initiatives.
• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis for elasticity and revenue optimization.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to guide decision-making.
• Leverage BI tools and automation to enhance pricing processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing methodologies and analytics through technology and AI.
