Job summary

Keystone Technologies seeks a Pricing Analyst to develop quotes, analyze pricing, and partner with the sales team to boost profitability and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing pricing using P21 ERP, Excel, and Power BI and will collaborate across Distribution, OEM, and ESCO divisions.

This hybrid on-site role supports pricing strategy development and requires strong data analysis, communication, and process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of pricing analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience in the lighting industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Power BI, Excel and SQL; experience with P21 software is highly desirable.
• Ability to think creatively and propose pricing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends and inventory levels.
• Manage customer pricing effectively in P21/ERP software.
• Analyze pricing results including trends, turnaround time, win ratios, and price competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide timely pricing information.
• Utilize advanced Excel to manage pricing data, with expansion to Power BI analytics.
• Build strong relationships with sales to align on pricing strategies and expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and creative pricing solutions.
• Analyze competitive market data and maintain a competitive database.
• Prepare regular reports on pricing trends for management review.
• Support pricing-related projects and initiatives across divisions.
