Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in pricing/analytics or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software (SAS, Emblem).
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for pricing tooling, coordinating with data science engineers.
• Drive development and implementation of scripts, tools, and processes for Earnix across rating programs, states, and lines of business.
• Analyze and address procedural and technical challenges; propose tool improvements.
• Support and maintain SAS-based pricing tools (NGRT, Base Rate Calculators, config files).
• Work with Python, SAS, and Excel to develop or maintain tools and perform pricing analyses.
