Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support revenue generation by analyzing historical data and performance to advise on pricing and rate structures. You will work with Firm Partners, Pricing Leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop proposals for client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.

The role requires 5 years of related experience in financial analysis or billing, a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). The position offers a hybrid U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• 5 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, billing or accounting.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Innovative and strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-direct and collaborate across the firm with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options for client RFPs.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and communicate proposals by deadlines.
• Mentor Pricing Analysts and support the team.
• Model financial impact and profitability of pricing proposals.
• Analyze historical matters to identify pricing risks and drivers.
• Develop systems and templates to support pricing, discounts and renewals.
• Ensure billing system setup captures intended pricing and notes.
• Report progress, wins and risks to leadership.
• Contribute to special projects aligned with firm strategy.
• Perform other duties as required.
