Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support revenue growth by analyzing historical data and advising on profitable rate structures. You will collaborate with Pricing Leadership, Senior Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, and Billing Operations to develop pricing options for client engagements.

The role requires 3 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s in Finance or similar field; strong analytical skills and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting or similar field.
• 3 years’ directly related experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and coordinate with partners to obtain approvals and submit by deadlines.
• Contribute to financial models assessing impact and profitability of pricing proposals; explore alternative fee arrangements.
• Analyze historical matters to identify risks and drivers of fee amounts for pricing models.
• Coordinate with Billing/Rates and intake teams to ensure correct pricing is captured in systems.
• Communicate progress, risks, and wins to Pricing leadership and firm leadership.
• Support special projects aligned with the firm’s strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc analyses as required.
