Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst in Ann Arbor, MI, hybrid role, to develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability across customer portfolios.

You will lead advanced pricing analyses, support contract pricing, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes governance, dashboard development, and scenario modeling while leveraging pricing technologies and market intelligence to influence commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or related analytical experience.
• Experience performing cost, revenue, and profitability analyses using large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and modeling.
• Experience presenting analytical insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer portfolio profitability and develop pricing recommendations that support growth, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Conduct detailed cost and revenue analyses using data from Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Linehaul teams.
• Evaluate multiple pricing scenarios and provide recommendations based on financial and operational impacts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools that provide visibility into pricing performance and compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and implement contractual pricing agreements in partnership with Sales and other business stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure pricing proposals are operationally feasible and aligned with business strategy.
