Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field required or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred; MBA, CFA, FRM considered a plus.
- At least 5 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience; at least 1 year of lead experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for lease and loan products.
- Analyze impact of borrowing costs, benchmark rates, liquidity costs on pricing.
- Evaluate pricing across segments, industries, and financing products.
- Support rate-setting decisions by assessing spreads, margins, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Prepare pricing recommendations, business cases, and executive presentations.
