Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; related experience considered.
• Master's degree in finance with no experience acceptable as alternative.
• At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with dealers, finance managers, and internal sales teams regarding credit requests
• Perform credit assessment on existing and potential new customers
• Complete credit memo templates in a clean, accurate, and professional manner
• Make recommendations regarding credit decisions to NFC Credit Management
• Exercise credit approval authority in line with dual signature policy
• Communicate credit decisions to internal and external parties
• Ensure compliance with company reporting policies (risk ratings, scorecards) and limit risk exposure
• Collect and gather standard due diligence and KYC information
• Ensure loans and leases are properly documented and liens perfected
• Educate dealers on credit and documentation requirements
• Support execution of strategic credit, sales, and marketing initiatives
• Assist in updating policies, procedures, reports, and desktop manuals
• Assist in remediating post-funding documentation exceptions
