• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years purchasing/procurement experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and cost reduction.
• Ability to analyze total cost of ownership and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure suppliers meet cost, quality, sustainability, and technology objectives with data-backed recommendations.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Negotiate complex agreements including multi-year contracts.
• Analyze total cost of ownership and optimize inventory levels (VMI) to achieve best landed cost.
• Communicate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with procurement teams across TRATON brands to develop sourcing synergies.
