Job summary

International Motors, based in Illinois, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics and Palantir Foundry to design, analyze, and implement scalable analytics solutions across pricing, commercial operations, and enterprise data platforms.

This role partners with product, pricing, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into Foundry-enabled applications, dashboards, and workflows, supporting pricing strategy and enterprise analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of software engineering experience; 1+ year lead experience
• Master's degree with 3+ years of software engineering experience; 1+ year lead experience
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience; 1+ year lead experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate pricing and commercial objectives into Palantir Foundry solutions
• Perform pricing analytics, data analysis, segmentation, and performance measurement to support pricing strategy
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Foundry applications and dashboards
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and UX teams to align solution design with business priorities
• Contribute to large-scale implementation efforts including rollout planning and adoption support
• Analyze data quality, business rules, and process gaps to improve solution effectiveness
• Document business requirements, functional designs, test scenarios, and user workflows
• Provide analytical insight and structured recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Support the use of Foundry capabilities including data pipelines, dashboards, and marketplace
