Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Pricing Operations Analyst to shape and operationalize pricing and packaging for go-to-market execution. This remote role partners with Finance, Deal Desk, Sales, and cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and governance across pricing systems and workflows.

You will drive SKU strategy, manage price book, run pricing changes with SOX compliance, and support pricing plays for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pricing operations, revenue or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on CRM, CPQ, or price book systems experience.
• Strong project management across cross-functional changes.
• Excel proficiency; SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Attention to detail in SOX-controlled processes.
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, self-motivated; comfortable cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate pricing and packaging needs into SKU strategy and requirements for go-to-market systems
• Manage and maintain the price book and SKU catalog for accuracy and consistency
• Run the pricing change process, ensuring compliance with SOX and other requirements
• Collaborate with Finance and Deal Desk on discount governance and reporting
• Support the design and launch of pricing-related sales plays for growth
• Deliver pricing enablement for new go-to-market team members and maintain self-serve tools
• Gather feedback from Sales to improve the quoting experience and reduce friction in tools
