Collaborating with commercial and functional leaders, you will align annual pricing plans and build pricing capability across the organization, driving data-driven decision making and change leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, product management, or strategic marketing.
• Experience in complex B2B industrial or capital equipment sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to influence leaders.
• Experience building pricing capabilities and governance frameworks.
• Proven change management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
