Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Pricing Operations Analyst to own pricing systems, processes, data, and governance, ensuring accurate, timely execution of pricing decisions with solid compliance controls. You’ll collaborate across GTM Systems, Finance, Deal Desk, Sales, and Marketing to translate changes into SKU requirements and clear field guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pricing operations, product operations, deal desk, revenue or sales operations, or business systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, or price book systems, including gathering requirements and supporting configuration and releases.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional change experience.
• Analytical skills with Excel; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Attention to detail and experience with SOX/compliance controls.
• Clear written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate pricing and packaging needs into requirements and SKU strategy for GTM systems and drive design, testing, and release.
• Manage the price book and SKU catalog and lead clean-up/rationalization efforts.
• Run the pricing change process with intake, prioritization, approvals, and documentation in line with SOX and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Deal Desk on discount governance, approvals, and reporting.
• Support design and launch of pricing-related sales plays to support growth.
• Deliver pricing enablement for new team members and releases; maintain self-serve tools for field pricing questions.
• Gather feedback from Sales to reduce friction in CPQ and related tools.
