You will model budgets, forecast performance, and analyze variances across oncology practices, reporting to Navista’s Senior Leader of Finance. Hybrid role located in Dublin, OH, with some in-office collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, oncology, or MSO/practice finance is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel incl. pivot tables; PowerBI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPO rebate tracking, accruals, and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Develop models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across oncology practices.
• Analyze monthly performance vs budgets; identify variances and trends for leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting, clinical, and ops leaders to understand cost drivers and revenue cycles.
• Prepare dashboards and financial reports for operational leadership; translate data into insights.
• Support Workday ERP integration and month-end forecasting; model scenarios.
