Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Finance Operations professional to support transactional finance processes, including accounts payable, billing, rebates and travel and expenditure management.

The role emphasizes group mailbox routing, handling customer escalations, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teammates to meet deadlines and maintain internal controls. Strong organizational skills and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively preferred.
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of responsibilities preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
