Job summary

ServiceNow in Austin seeks a Senior Product Pricing Strategy Manager to lead pricing and packaging decisions across AI, Moveworks, HR, and other offerings, shaping monetization strategy and guiding cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with product, GTM, and operations to align monetization with roadmap, review price realization, and explore new pricing models and promotions while owning senior stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise pricing, sales strategy or product strategy.
4+ years in pricing strategy, GTM or business strategy in tech/consulting.
SaaS pricing knowledge and monetization tradeoffs.
Ability to make quick decisions with limited data.
Experience designing pricing or marketing surveys (conjoint analysis, AB testing).
Strong understanding of target users and problem-solving.
Excellent communication to secure buy-in from executives.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing and monetization strategy across offerings and segment the market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, GTM, and operations to align monetization with roadmap.
Review price realization, track KPIs, and drive pricing optimization.
Identify new business opportunities, pricing models, promotions and GTM approaches.
Own senior stakeholders and drive alignment on pricing changes.
