Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Staff Product Manager to drive strategic alignment across the product portfolio by partnering with customers and shaping pricing, packaging, and roadmaps across independent product teams.

You will bridge customer insights, technical product management, and commercial strategy—connecting customer success, BU product, Pricing Strategy, and platform engineering to convert feedback into market-ready AI platform directions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product/program management in technically complex environments.
• 5+ years driving customer-centric product strategy at enterprise SaaS / platform level.
• Deep customer engagement with advisory programs and insights to strategy.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML and platform architecture.
• Pricing and packaging strategy experience affecting adoption.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI pricing, packaging, and positioning through customer research and cross-BU alignment.
• Drive cross-BU alignment on how AI Platform products bundle within the portfolio.
• Stress-test packaging models against feedback and competitive dynamics.
• Be the voice-of-customer translating adoption barriers into roadmap.
• Synthesize insights into market narratives to inform strategy.
• Drive adoption by unblocking issues with CSMs and positioning AI Platform as strategic.
• Measure impact as features and pricing changes ship; gather feedback.
