Job summary

Procore, a leader in construction software, seeks a Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to drive rigorous, data-driven pricing decisions across the portfolio. You will build the analytical foundation for monetization strategies, ensure numbers are sourced or flagged as assumptions, and present board-ready recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 6+ years in pricing strategy, monetization, product/commercial strategy or management consulting.
• Strong financial and quantitative modeling skills,Excel expert and complex pricing experience.
• Experience conducting pricing research and willingness-to-pay studies.

Responsibilities

• Build quantitative cases behind live pricing and packaging decisions with rigorous analysis.
• Diagnose ambiguous commercial problems end to end and identify root causes.
• Design and run price research to pressure-test hypotheses before leadership reviews.
• Translate outputs into board-ready recommendations and defend them.
• Support pricing governance and cross-functional decision processes.
• Model new monetization approaches for emerging product lines and assess install base impact.
• Collaborate daily with Product, GTM, Sales, and Deal Desk to implement decisions.
