The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pricing leadership, a business or finance background, and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle/JD Edwards E-One, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related analytical economic or finance discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the competitive pricing plan and pricing strategies with Sales Leadership across NAC, RILD, and WD/J channels.
• Lead employees using a performance management and development process with goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Work cross-functionally with Strategy Team and internal/external partners to develop channel-specific pricing methodologies to maximize sales growth.
• Engage NAC Pricing Team to develop corrective actions and drive ROI-based decisions.
• Analyze performance and execution of NAC, RILD, and WD/J pricing approaches.
• Lead development of NAC, RLID, and WD/J pricing quotes and adjustments for leadership.
• Provide consultative solutions to cross-functional teams to drive profitable results.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Finance on price changes and financial impact.
