Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related analytical economic or finance discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in business or pricing leadership role.
• People leadership experience preferred with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Working knowledge of multiple functions within the consumer products industry.
• Ability to thrive in a processes‑oriented environment and provide guidance on best practices and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and strategic mind – organized and structured in approach.
• Ability to assess complex business environments and formulate ideas to create value.
• Collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

• Provide consultative solutions to cross-functional teams to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with Strategic Pricing and Corporate Finance on price changes and impact.
