Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related analytical field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• 5+ years in business or pricing leadership role.
• People leadership experience preferred with a track record of developing teams.
• Working knowledge of multiple functions within consumer products.
• Ability to thrive in a processes-oriented environment and drive best practices.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with structured approach.
• Ability to translate complex situations into executable actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or Oracle/JD Edwards E-One experience preferred.
• Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of pricing plans and strategies across NAC, RILD, and WD/J channels.
• Manage a pricing team with performance development and goal setting.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Finance to assess ROI and profitability.
• Develop pricing quotes and adjustments for leadership review.
• Provide consultative solutions to cross-functional teams to drive profitability.
• Coordinate with pricing and corporate finance on price changes and their financial impact.
• Direct staff and resolve issues to meet project goals.
