Interstate Batteries in Texas is seeking a Manager, National Account Pricing to lead pricing execution across NAC, RILD, and WD/J and to drive profitability through data-driven decisions. The role partners with Sales Leadership and the Strategy Team.

You will develop pricing methodologies, mentor a team, and collaborate with Finance to assess ROI and implement market strategies that maximize growth while ensuring corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related analytical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in business or pricing leadership.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with consumer products industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of pricing strategies across NAC, RILD, and WD/J.
• Manage a team and partner with Sales Leadership.
• Develop channel-specific pricing methodologies with cross-functional teams.
• Provide pricing quotes and adjustments to leadership.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Finance on price changes.
• Analyze performance of pricing programs.
