Job summary

Ubique Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing in Canton, GA, to lead pricing across Commercial and Etail channels. The role focuses on building pricing structures, governance, and decision rights to maximize margins while staying competitive.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Category, Product, and Marketing to implement pricing strategies, dashboards, and tools across multiple channels and accounts. The position offers full-time hours in a dynamic, furniture-focused business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to evaluate price, volume, margin, cost, freight, and program economics at SKU, account, category, and channel levels.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability and comfort with large data sets, pricing models, BI tools, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise pricing architecture across Etail and Commercial channels, including 1P and 3P marketplaces, DTC, Inside Sales, B2B resellers, dealers, and strategic commercial programs.
• Define pricing structures, price bands, margin floors, channel and account rules, exception thresholds, and a reliable source of truth incorporating product cost, freight, program costs, channel economics, target margins, and current prices.
• Translate company strategy, cost changes, market conditions, inventory priorities, and profitability goals into actionable pricing recommendations by product, category, channel, and account.
• Partner with Category on new-product and category pricing to ensure proposed market positions fit Ubique's pricing structures, economics, margin requirements, channel rules, and governance.
