BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics team. You will own end-to-end analyses from data sourcing to strategic recommendations and interact with senior leadership across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, pricing performance assessment, and development of ML solutions to enhance operations and donor insights. Domestic travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation (hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, power calculations).

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and decision-making to connect raw data across sources and deliver insights.
• Assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Contribute to pricing and forecasting projects with advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Translate data challenges into machine-learning models to improve operations and donor insights.
• Own the experimentation lifecycle from design to analysis, establishing analytics best practices.
