Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst for the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics team. You will own analyses end-to-end, from source data to strategic recommendations, and partner with senior leadership across functions.

You will apply data analytics, pricing performance assessment, and statistical modeling, including ML solutions, to inform decisions and drive improvements in donor pricing and center performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and decision-making to connect raw data across sources and deliver insights that shape business decisions.
• Assess pricing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Contribute to pricing and forecasting projects through advanced data analysis, process automation, A/B testing, and clear visualizations.
• Translate complex data challenges into machine learning models (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive retention, segmentation, elasticity) that enhance operations.
