Figure, a leading fintech innovator, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to power growth across marketing, product, and engineering. You will architect data models, optimize the loan funnel, and deliver insights that drive customer acquisition and loan performance.

You’ll leverage BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau to build dashboards, run experiments, and translate user behavior into actionable strategies that scale our platform and enhance product-market fit.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business impact.
• Deep proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred).
• Advanced Data Modeling with star schemas and dbt models.
• Expertise with Tableau for dashboards.
• Strong grasp of statistics like survival analysis and causal inference.
• Experience in Fintech/Lending context.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models transforming marketing spend and application logs into actionable datasets.
• Build and monitor the loan application funnel to improve conversions.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau and run real-time KPI tracking (CAC, approvals, origination).
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on A/B experiments and insights.
• Translate user behavior into scalable, automated insights for growth.
