Figure is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support loan pricing and commercial pricing models. You will work with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Lead to execute daily pricing operations and tailor pricing strategies across Figure's partner network.

This is a hands-on role to build fluency in pricing mechanics while contributing to a growing strategic function. You will collaborate with Credit, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams, developing controls, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, capital markets, loan pricing, credit risk, FP&A, or related analytical role
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Python; Tableau for dashboards
• Experience with D2C pricing and AB testing
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate to diverse audiences

About the Role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you ll support the operational and analytical backbone of Figure s pricing function, encompassing consumer loan pricing and commercial pricing models. Working closely with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Lead, you ll execute day-to-day pricing operations and assist in customizing pricing strategies across Figure s partner network. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who wants to build deep fluency in loan pricing mechanics while contributing to a growing strategic function.

What You ll Do

• Own execution of loan pricing changes and updates across channels and partners, working across pricing grids, systems, and internal tools
• Monitor pricing accuracy, develop controls, and flag discrepancies or errors across pricing grids and automated workflows
• Analyze product performance, funnel conversion, and competitor pricing to support pricing optimization efforts
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key pricing and revenue metrics, including competitor pricing reporting
• Support ad hoc financial and market analysis requests from Credit, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
• Document pricing processes and help maintain clear, accurate records of pricing decisions and their rationale

What We Look For

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, capital markets, loan pricing, credit risk, FP&A, or a related analytical role, ideally within fintech or financial services
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python; experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau
• Experience with D2C pricing; AB testing
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of independently driving initiatives
• Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering); advanced degree a plus
• Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
• Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
• Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

Salary

Base Compensation Range: $68,000 - $102,000/yr 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly Company equity in the form of RSUs This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
